Please review the product description before purchasing. Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment and delivery details. If you notice an error in your order, contact us promptly.

3. Prices and Payments
Product prices and the amount payable are displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.

4. Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping, with estimated delivery within 7 business days of purchase. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Customs processing or local delivery delays may extend delivery times. Any applicable import duties or local taxes are separate from shipping charges.

5. Order Tracking
We will email your order number. To check your delivery status, select “Track Your Order” from the menu at feliroll.com and enter the requested order details.

6. Returns and Order Issues
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return Policy and applicable consumer law. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact feliroll.support@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

7. Product Use
Use the Smart Chase Ball according to its instructions and supervise your pet during play. Inspect the toy regularly and stop using it if it becomes damaged.
